I set an alert, but I am not getting push notifications for a specific trip. What is wrong?

If a trip is picked up too quickly, CCS Alerts won't be able to find that trip and won't be able to send you an alert for that specific trip.

I set an alert, but I didn't get any alerts for those trips already available. Is that a bug?

CCS Alerts will only notify you of new trips, so you won't get any alerts for existing trips.

Can I get an alert via text (SMS) or email?

Currently, no. You can only get alerts via push notifications to the CCS Alerts app.

I found a bug, what should I do?

  1. Open CCS Alerts
  2. Click "Add Alerts" on the bottom right
  3. Click the Settings Icon
  4. Click "Email Support"
  5. Describe your bug and we will get back to you as soon as possible

I've got an idea for a feature or improvement. How can I get it added to CCS Alerts?

  1. Open CCS Alerts
  2. Click "Add Alerts" on the bottom right
  3. Click the Settings Icon
  4. Click "Email Support"
  5. Type out your idea and we would love to discuss your idea!

How do I cancel my CCS Alerts Subscription?
